So you’re looking to sell your WordPress hosting business, and you want to make sure your clients are taken care of.
You want the transition to be quick and painless, and you want to make sure you trust who you’re selling to.
I've got good news:
You found us!
We’re interested in speaking to small business owners that provide website hosting for other small businesses.
The ideal business we’d be interested in buying:
- Small website hosting businesses (up to 10-400 hosted domains), likely with mostly local clients (local to you!)
- Mostly works with WordPress websites, though we can accommodate most Linux-based sites
- Clients are used to quality customer service
- Clients are mostly small businesses and organizations
If those things describe you, we’d love to chat!
Once we’ve migrated your clients over to our systems, we can help them in a number of ways to make sure they never have problems with their website.
If you happen to provide additional services, such as monthly updates, security monitoring, and uptime monitoring; we’ll be willing to pay even more for your business.
We provide the following services:
1
Fully-managed hosting and support
(much like you, we deal with any and all hosting-related issues at no extra cost)
2
Lightning-fast WordPress hosting
3
Rapid support for small businesses
4
Other website services, including website design and development, WordPress updates, maintenance, and more
Our main focus now is on providing WordPress management services in the form of our Total WordPress Management Package which bundles a variety of services together for $99/month, including:
- Premium, Managed WordPress Hosting with SSL
- Changes & Updates (up to 30 minutes each month)
- Monthly WordPress, Theme, and Plugin Updates
- Active Security Scanning, Monitoring, & Alerts
- Hack Fixes & Malware Removal
- Uptime Monitoring
So you might be wondering, “but why would I work with you and not somebody else?”
That’s a great question!
Here are some of the top reasons to sell your WordPress Hosting company to us:
- We’ve done this before! We’ve purchased two US-based hosting companies before and developed processes to ensure things go smoothly.
- We’re deeply interested in helping you out and ensuring your clients are completely taken care of.
- We want long-term clients, and we know that providing phenomenal service and support throughout the process is key to retention.
- We’re a small business ourselves, and provide careful, personalized attention to each client. We know our clients by name!

Exiting your hosting side-business as a web designer
What’s the value of my hosting company?
There are many factors that go into the value of such a service, but the rule of thumb is that the base value is 1x your annual recurring revenue. So if you had 100 hosting clients and charged each one $250/year for website hosting, the approximate value of your company would start at $25,000.
However, we have made much higher offers to businesses that offer exactly what we are looking for, including strong fundamentals and room for growth and upsells.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my clients know I sold?
We will sign an NDA and work with you to determine when the best time to let them know will be. Typically they will be notified after the agreement is signed and the transition process begins.
How quickly do you pay?
It depends on the exact arrangement but typically at least half of the total payment is due at signing, and the remainder is paid out within 3-6 months. For qualified sellers, we may be willing to pay more up-front.
Do you buy side-businesses with only 10–20 clients?
Absolutely! Our sweet spot is larger than that, but we are more than happy to discuss the acquisition of smaller hosts as well.
Do you require WordPress-only hosting?
Nope! We prefer WordPress hosts, but we can accommodate a variety of other website types; especially if the majority of the hosting is for WordPress.
Let’s talk more, and I can guide you through the whole process and explain how we can make this easy.
